SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Hitting
On-field hitting, cage work, BP, hitting competitions.  Understand real vs. feel, mental approach, understanding new buzz words like “launch angle” and how they integrate into a developing swing.  Learn how to hit the ball hard consistently, keep a simple and repeatable swing, and more!

Pitching
Camp pitching focuses more on mechanics, preparation, and drill work to implement with your summer teams.  We are always conscious that campers may be pitching for teams during weeknights or weekends, so we try to teach helpful pitching that doesn’t interfere with game play!

Defense
After a several month layoff, defensive repetition and positioning are essential, get quality repetitions and learn how to keep routine plays routine and expand your defensive envelope by using positioning and anticipating to become a better defender.

Baserunning

Learn how to base run properly and value one of the most underrated skills in baseball. Guys get to the Major Leagues because they can get extra bases!

Current Saint Joseph players

There are no better teachers and guys to learn about campus and life as a Falcon then our current players.  We are lucky to have them be part of the camp process, taking players on tours of the school, helping with skill implementation, and letting our campers get a sense of what it is like competing in the Top 15 of New Jersey and getting ready for college ball!
